What does AI say about you?
Start with a record.

Build a question set you can return to. Record answers and their sources, then compare checks using evidence.

Build your worksheet

Three steps to a repeatable check.

  1. 01

    Define the check

Choose a language, audience and one system. Edit questions to reflect real customer decisions.

  2. 02

    Run and record

Carry out the checks yourself in your chosen system. Save the answer, sources, date and context for each run.

  3. 03

    Compare carefully

Compare checks under similar conditions. Keep questions that name your brand separate from general questions.

01 / DEFINE THE CHECK

Your entries stay in this browser and are not sent to an AI system or Nir. Refreshing or switching language resets the form.

02 / REFINE THE QUESTIONS

Define the check to get editable questions and a downloadable worksheet.

03 / DOWNLOAD AND RECORD

planned checks

The file includes a row for each repeat, with fields for time, context, observations and evidence. Every row starts as not_run. Column names and status values are in English for a consistent format.

What counts as a result?

Mention
The brand name appears in the answer. This does not necessarily mean a citation or recommendation.
Citation
A brand-owned asset is used as a source. Save the exact URL, even if the brand is not mentioned by name.
Recommendation
The answer presents the brand as a suitable option for the need being checked. Record any qualifications.
Accuracy
Check claims against a reliable source. Leave unverified information marked as not assessed.

A small percentage. A lot of context.

Illustrative example: if a brand is mentioned in 3 of 6 completed answers, the sample mention rate is 50%. Two failed checks are recorded separately; they do not automatically become absent mentions. This describes the sample, not market share.

The number of repeats is a practical choice, not a statistical threshold. This worksheet does not measure demand, revenue or every possible answer. Keep systems, languages and question types separate when comparing results.

Turn the findings into a work plan.
