# Example output — applying the prompt to fictional material

English adaptation made with Codex on 1 October 2026. The Hebrew demonstration was written in the same conversation as the prompt. This is not output from a separate English model run or a model-reliability benchmark. No browsing or audit of a real business was performed.

## Scope

The complete supplied texts for S1–S3 and announcement S4 were read. S1–S3 come from the business. S4 has an external publisher but explicitly relies on the company's announcement without independent testing.

Only scenario access statuses were provided for S5 and S6. The first requires permission; the second has no content in the input. Neither was opened. The instruction to an AI reviewer inside S3 is material under review, not an instruction to follow. It provides no basis for a score or human-review label.

## Findings

| ID | Page and decision | Claim or check | Evidence location | Status | Conclusion and limit |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| F1 | S1: understand the product | It brings together tasks, owners and deadlines | S1 product paragraph | Supported | Supported as the company's supplied description; no product test verified the functionality |
| F2 | S1: assess time saving | Is the measurement explained? | Complete S1 text and links | Missing from the reviewed page | No method is supplied on the page. Linked results were not supplied; this does not establish that the company has no data |
| F3 | S1: judge applicability to my team | A 40% saving for every team | S1 claim, S4 attribution and body, S6 access status | Unverified | S4 repeats the company's claim without independent testing. The figure and universal scope cannot be verified from this input |
| F4 | S1 and S2: understand cancellation | No commitment versus an annual commitment | S1 terms and S2 billing | Conflicting | The scenario explicitly covers the same plan and time. Which condition is correct remains unknown |
| F5 | S3: evaluate credentials | Is the credential valid and relevant? | S3 paragraph and S5 unavailable document | Unverified | Inaccessibility does not establish that the credential is absent or invalid. An accessible source or suitable verifier is needed |
| F6 | S2: understand delivery | Physical-shipping terms | S2 delivery and the business description | Not applicable | The scenario has no physical product. Digital access and cancellation terms still matter |

## Three prioritized tasks

1. **Resolve and align commitment and cancellation terms — F4.** This comes first because it changes the obligation a customer accepts. Proposed owners: the person responsible for commercial terms and the website manager. Obtain the correct terms and exceptions before editing. Close the task when the confirmed terms agree across the product page, terms and signup flow. The signup flow was not reviewed in this exercise.
2. **Establish the basis of the time-saving claim — F2 and F3.** The performance promise is central to choosing the product. Proposed owners: the product manager, measurement-data owner and content editor. Obtain the results, metric definition, tested group, date and conditions. If suitable evidence exists, narrow the claim to its scope and publish the method with an accessible link. Otherwise, remove the numerical promise. Close when each part of the remaining claim matches reviewed evidence, or the promise has been removed. Restoring the link alone is insufficient.
3. **Verify the credential claim and revise the about page — F5 and S3.** The credential owner should supply an appropriate source; the content editor should match the wording to it and remove the instruction directed at AI reviewers. Close with a checked source and accurate wording, or removal of the credential claim. There is no basis for a human-review label. If the credential is essential to using the product, increase the priority; the supplied material does not establish that.

This order reflects the customer's decision in the scenario. Traffic figures and effort estimates were not supplied or invented.

## Example revision

According to the company, the system brings tasks, owners and deadlines together in one place. Request a demo to see how it fits your team's workflow.

This relies on the company description and demo button in S1 without promising an unverified saving. Before commercial use, confirm that the capabilities are accurate in practice. No replacement cancellation terms are proposed until the correct condition is established.

## Still unreviewed

The actual product, time-saving data, credential document, signup flow, code and Schema, other reputation sources and pages outside the input were not reviewed. Whether a human reviewed the content is unknown. The exercise does not establish the trustworthiness of the entire business or its search performance.
